   Check HR, then...
   1 x 300 pull w/choice equip
   1:00 rest

  6 x 100 swim free, go 2 each @ 1:20/1:15/1:10- hold same avg for all 6
   Check HR, then...
   1 x 300 pull w/choice equip
   1:00 rest

  6 x 100 swim free, go 2 each @ 1:15/1:10/1:05- hold same avg for all 6
   Check HR, then...
   300 choice
   After 2nd round...

1 x 150 race free from a dive
